We sell one of the largest ranges of porcelain and ceramic floor and wall tiles, mosaics, and everything you need to lay tiles; we service the entire lower North Island region and beyond. We also have regular customers in other areas, such as Wellington, Gisborne, Manawatu and New Plymouth.

We stock Ardex, Sika, Construction Chemicals and Mapei adhesives, grouts, silicones and waterproofing, Montolit, Rubi and Sigma tile cutters, and a comprehensive range of Makita power tools.
We have tiling equipment for hire. And we regularly run waterproofing courses for anyone who needs certification.

Ross deals with the Business Development & Commercial side of the business.
Often you will find him on his phone or on the shop floor helping clients.
He is well known for his problem-solving ability and thinking outside the box.
He is a current board member of the Hastings Business Association.
Fun fact: Ross is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts, and he used to own and operate his own Martial Arts schools in Cambridge, Hamilton and Coromandel.
In his spare time, Ross loves to do motocross and snowboarding and is working towards obtaining his private pilot license.
ANNETTE LEIGH

Annette is the other friendly face you will see when you visit the Tile Shed.
Annette's kind, cheerful nature immediately makes clients warm to her, so it's not surprising that she still has clients visiting her from her previous role at Spotlight.
Annette has an excellent eye for colour and combines beautiful colour concepts for our clients daily.
Fun Fact: Annette was born in Chille and can speak Spanish.
LOSA EMANI

Losa has recently joined the Tile Shed team. She is the second half of the Taupo Dream Team.
With her calm, friendly nature, Losa makes everyone feel welcome and at ease when they enter the store.
Losa covers all areas, including trade sales, tile design and consultations, and answers many email enquiries.
Fun Fact: Tracey and Losa have been work colleagues more than once. This dynamic duo can do anything when they put their minds to it, and we are very proud to have an all-female Taupo team (when Ross isn't there, of course).

AKA "The Real Boss", creator of this website and the face behind our social media when not looking after their son Logan AKA "Mini-Ross."
June works part-time in the store but enjoys assisting clients with design and creative options. She loves pushing the boundaries with different styles, with industrial designs being one of the most popular.
She loves to cook, but if eating out, she will be in her element with a good coffee and croissant or wood-fired pizza.
She also plays hockey for Central Hockey Club.
TRACEY SMITH
Store Manager

Tracey is our fun, energetic store manager for our Taupo store.
There is never a dull moment with Tracey, and no matter what mood you are in, you will always have a good time shopping for tiles or tiling products when she is around.
She is a force to be reckoned with, and there is nothing she can't do. You will often find her driving the forklift one minute and then advising clients on design and colour concepts the next.
If lifting tiles all day wasn't challenging enough, Tracey often starts the day working out at her local gym.
